Delete your account
You can request deletion of your Canvass account and associated personal data at any time.
Send your request
Email brent@hoaloha.vote from the address connected to your account with the subject “Delete my Hoaloha account.” We may ask you to verify control of the account before deletion.
What happens next
We will remove or de-identify account data that is not required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or an organization's lawful audit record. Revoking device contact permission does not by itself delete your account.
Stop text messages now
You do not need to wait for account deletion. Reply STOP to any Canvass-powered text to withdraw consent from that sender's program immediately.
